Testimonial received 17 Sept 10 for Wedding we played on 7 Aug 2010

We have just received this today from Patricia Ritchie, bride’s mother from the wedding we did in Peterhead in August. Another glowing testimonial from satisfied customers.

Hi Marg,

Not sure if this is where i am supposed to leave feedback but here goes and hope you get it. Don’t know where the last month has gone, it’s been so busy.

Well as you know things all got a bit delayed on the day of Georgia and Andrew’s wedding, and that, I am told is par for the course with weddings. You’ve just got to go with the flow apparently! So, sincere apologies for any stress related incidents!!!

Atlantic Soul – What can we say except – You were BRILLIANT! Anyone reading this looking to book a band for any kind of function, just STOP! Book this band, stop trudging through the internet looking for something better because it wont happen! Just book them. They are the best wedding band that we, and the 280 guests at our daughters wedding, have ever heard. A full dance floor at 1.30 am is testimony to their fantastic performance and the guests were only left wanting more!

Marge, we cant thank you enough. It was the perfect end to a perfect day. It wasn’t just a wedding dance – you guys made it a celebration, a party and a night that we will never forget. Your professionalism kept the dance floor full all night, it was indeed a memorable occasion!

Thanks Marge for playing on that extra time too. It was indeed above and beyond especially given that you had another gig on the Sunday.

Our daughters wedding reception was a huge success and that was due largely to atmosphere that you guys created.
A spectacular day with an explosive finale thanks to you.

All of our guests had a great night and commented on how great the band were! So chuffed when we read your post…the full monty was hilarious! We will certainly be recommending you to everyone, thank you for interacting so much with our crowd, especially Bethany and Chloe, ‘Lady Crazy’ and ‘Lady Mentalist’ haha…it truley made our day! Thanks for the email/comment John. It was an absolute pleasure to play for you guys. Glad you all enjoyed it so much and glad you made it back to the sunny climes of Bahrain safely. Will let you find your feet back there and hopefully you’ll be in touch later. We’re still on the boat and having a ball, though the hot weather’s taking it’s toll – not complaining though as it’s better than rainy Scotland any day. Hopefully catch up with you again soon. If Mel’s still in touch with Berry, ask him to put a word in! Just read your latest blog……. must have been some night with a full ship and a good old singsong in the lounge…….wish I was there! Mel is in St Louis Missouri for a few days. A fellow Air Force friend is retiring and we were invited to his retirement ceremony. I unfortunately did not have any leave left plus next week I have to undergo surgery on my knee. I am at home alone this weekend (and loving it but only because I know he will be back on Wednesday. Looking forward to seeing some photos if you do the Abba night, sounds like it will be a great laugh.

So sorry to hear the bad news about the ship, it will be a BIG disappointment to all that enjoyed your shows!! I will keep up with your schedule via the WEB page and am sure one of our trips home we can catch a gig.
